Prices

In euro´s. Our delivery prices are exclusive of VAT. The company reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice should the need to arise.

Payment

The orders must be paid cash, by credit card or wired transfer.

Terms of delivery

CPT-Carriage paid to UK (According to Inco terms 2000). Retail prices are inclusive of transportation costs. Delivery time / Availability Please contact our company or visit our web site for information regarding delivery times and availability: www.buxus.co.uk.

Orders

To avoid misunderstandings we prefer receiving orders by fax or through the internet/our web site. Orders are accepted subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel a portion or all of your order. All goods remain our property until paid for in full.

We can not be held liable for regrowth and/or diseases that can affect box (Buxus) plants.

After receiving an order:

• Unpack the pallet boxes and check the received plants,
• Plant as soon as possible,
• If you have problems let us know within two days.
